Spinning

A 45-60 minute cardio conditioning class utilizing the LeMond Revmaster. Appropriate for all levels with modification and orientation. Demonstration and technique training and specific bike set up recommended for novices. Report 10 minutes early for set up. No late entry! SPIN Package is recommended for reservation purposes.

Strength 'N Core

45 minutes of Strength training and Core work can be fun! Learn to use the Body Bar and a variety of training tools for resistance levels designed to attack every area of the body, featuring muscle endurance, resistance training and Core focus!

Sport 'N Step

45 minutes of Athletic flavored STEP. Cardio sports intervals using the STEP gets you in amazing shape and burns fat. May include jump rope.

Body Wedge

60 minute class featuring the use of the Body Wedge to get your body ready for PRIME TIME! Format utilizes bands, weights, balls and the Body Bar to get you in Total Body Condition. Heavy emphasis on Core Stability training and ab work. May include cardio intervals to burn fat.

Club Circuit

Designed to familiarize you with the components of lifting. Personal trainers lead the class of 10-15 people through the weight area to help you make the transition from the weight room to the studio. Learn to work your body parts just like the pros!

Cardio Kick

A martial arts approach with a new millennium flavor. 60 minutes of punching, kicking, lifting, cardio conditioning and tons of attitude. Classic aerobics components with a tough, "Street" approach to self-defense.

Sports Conditioning

Choreography is not the focus here! This workout will have you running for the locker room! Get psyched up and ready to work! Athletic and challenging calisthenics style class featuring lifting intervals, sprints, plyometrics and pre-season style endurance training!

Cardio Slide

Meet the Slide. The BEST workout ever for the lower body and the heart and lungs. Finish with upper body and ab work followed by a cool down.

Mat Pilates

A gentle Mat Class that incorporates the principles designed by Joseph Pilates, a visionary in Core conditioning and muscle movement. Strengthening and toning is achieved through a series of mat exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and elongate the musculature of the body. A rigorous but gentle 45 minutes of abdominal/core training and flexibility training.

Cardio Funk

If you love to MOVE, then this class is your GROOVE! This Dance Fusion Format incorporates all styles of movement from Club to HIP HOP to Salsa and Latin Fusion.

Build to Burn

Have you been resisting lifting weights because you think it will make you bulk up instead of slim down? Think Again. The Only way to CHANGE the way your body looks is to add a thorough RESISTANCE PROGRAM!! LEARN HOW FROM THE PROS IN THIS 60 MINUTE CLASS! Designed to help the beginner learn the tools and help the veteran get better at technique. Format combines classic weight lifting, coupled with fat burning intervals to help you melt away unwanted fat and build strength and tone. It is a format that you can’t RESIST!

Have fun and get a great workout! This dance class features Salsa, Tango, Cha Cha and Rumba.
