With help from a trained fitness instructor and powerful, upbeat music, you’ll work all of your major muscle groups using just three tools: a barbell, weight plate and your own body weight.
Looking for a challenge that delivers fast results? A 55-minute session of BODYPUMP™ is what you need. With the help of your coach, peer motivation and loud music, you’ll tone your entire body, burn calories and improve your core strength and bone health. The technique used is the rep effect, a resistance training formula that uses maximum repetition instead of heavy weight to develop lean muscle.
Stop performing hundreds of sit ups for no results. With CXWORX™, you’ll exercise all of your core muscles to become stronger and leaner. Your instructor will challenge you through a 30-minute session, but will offer different options for intensity in each move so you can work out at your own fitness level. A combination of body weight and resistance exercises will maximize your results.
4. SPRINT – LES MILLS SPRINT™
This short, intense style of training is where thrill and motivation merge as you push your physical and mental limits. It is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. Though it is high intensity, it is low impact.
